Savor brings Sephardic music and cuisine together in a multimedia project created with singer Sarah Aroeste, writer and culinary educator Susan Barocas, and a group of chefs. Each song is paired with a traditional dish, combining photography, recipes and music into a visual and cultural narrative. The album extends online through instructional videos and digital content, transforming the project into a musical cookbook that connects food, sound and Sephardic heritage.
