Art Direction / Album Design / Photo Restoration

Album design for Sarah Aroeste’s Monastir, exploring the Sephardic Jewish community of Monastir, Macedonia, before World War II. Archival photographs were restored, retouched and colorized, while Ladino lyrics and English translations are integrated throughout the design. The result connects music, memory and place through a contemporary visual language.
